How do I know your items are hand signed by the celebrity?
At IN2FLICKS majority of our stock was obtained in person at conventions, theatres, premieres, award shows, parties, film sets & chance meetings. We have a few autographs still in stock when we used to purchase in bulk from selected AFTAL or UACC registered dealers, any item that wasn?t signed in person for us clearly states which registered dealer it was purchased from.

What is a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) ?A Certificate of Authenticity is a document designed to demonstrate that the hand signed item is authentic. Don?t accept a COA as absolute proof that an item is authentic. A COA is only as good as the person who issued it. We use onlineCOA stickers on all our items so you also have an online record that details the history of the item.

What is a OnlineCOA?
OnlineCOA.co.uk is an online database for all your autograph and memorabilia needs. Each item is assigned a 7 digit COA code and then linked to the autograph's surname. The item can then be viewed at anytime anywhere in the world via their database. It allows us to input the details of where and when the item was signed, along with the COA Code and a picture of the item, giving an online record of the item.

I bought an autograph from someone else but it didn?t have a COA, can you authenticate my item? 
No, the time it would take to authenticate an item that wasn?t signed in person for us could be a time consuming process. Always do your research before buying, who is the seller, do they give their contact details, does it have details of where it was signed and remember if an autograph looks like to much of a bargain to be real, then it?s probably isn?t real.

Is the picture on the website of the actual item?
Yes, we never use library images so the picture you see is the item you will receive.

Can I send in an item to be signed or personalized by the celebrity?
Yes, although if it's for someone on the streets there is no way to guarantee if or how long it might take us to get your item signed, we do have customers how have given us specific items to get signed. If this is something that you are interested in then drop us an email with more details of who and what you want signed.

Do you have a catalog?
No, currently the best way to view our items is through our website www.in2flicks.com or coming along to one of the conventions we are exhibiting at.

Do you sell your photos unsigned?
No, we do not sell unsigned photos at all.

How can I find out about new signers?
The best way to find out about new signings is to follow us on Facebook and Twitter.

Does IN2FLICKS buy autographed memorabilia collections ?
No, IN2FLICKS does not purchase memorabilia from collectors. As authenticity is not guaranteed that way and we now only collect in person, that way we know where exactly the item was signed.

What different types of payment are accepted by your company?
Acceptable forms of payment are Paypal and credit or debit cards. To pay via credit or debit card please contact us and can send an invoice from our card company. If payment is not received within 10 days, the order will automatically be cancelled without further notice to you. Payment must include the full order amount plus applicable shipping fees.

How do you pack and ship your items ? At IN2FLICKS we take great pride in packing and shipping our items. All orders are carefully hand packed in board backed envelopes and are sandwiched between 2 envelope stiffeners to ensure your item gets to you in the same condition it left us.  

I?m interested in a 1 of a Kind autograph but how much is shipping? Due to the unique nature of the items in our 1 of a Kind section we have to work out postage on a individual item basis so please contact us if there is something you are interested in. If we ever charge too much postage & packaging for one of these items we will refund the difference after shipping.
